Scarborough Pest Control Pros is a licensed, insured, owner-operated pest control team based here in the east end of Toronto. We are not a national franchise and we are not pretending to be an old outfit. We are a Scarborough company that picks up the phone, comes out the same day where we can, and handles the pests this part of the city actually gets: mice and Norway rats, German cockroaches in the rental towers, bed bugs, carpenter ants, and the wasps and fall invaders that turn up on the same schedule every year.

How we work
Every job runs the same three steps in order: work out how the pest is getting in, treat what is already there, then seal the route back. Plenty of companies skip the first and last steps because a quick spray is faster to bill. That is exactly why the pests return. We would rather do the job once and stand behind it than book you again in six weeks.
The inspection is free. We confirm the pest, set a firm price before any work starts, and use only products registered with Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency, applied to the label. Residential work carries a two-month guarantee: if the pest is still active, we return once at no charge.
Licensed, insured, and accountable
Ontario does not let just anyone put down pest control products. The province licenses exterminators under the Pesticides Act and O. Reg. 63/09, and our technicians hold that licence. We carry insurance, we are accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and we belong to the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.
What we believe about this trade
Two habits give this trade a bad name. The first is hidden pricing, the "call for a quote" that exists so no one can compare one company to the next. We post real ranges instead. The second is manufactured urgency, the outfit that treats a single spider like a crisis. We wrote an honest guide to when you do not need us, because a company that only ever says "book now" is selling fear, not pest control.

Where we work
We work across Scarborough, the east district of the City of Toronto. That runs from Agincourt, Malvern and L'Amoreaux in the north, through Woburn, Bendale and Dorset Park in the middle, out to Guildwood, West Hill, Highland Creek and Port Union in the east, and down to the Bluffs communities of Cliffside, Cliffcrest, Birch Cliff and Scarborough Village along the lake. Because Scarborough is part of Toronto, the city's property-standards bylaw and its 2026 Rat Response Plan apply here, which matters on the ravine-backing lots along Highland Creek and the Rouge. The building-wide cockroach and bed bug problems in the aging apartment towers sit on the Kingston Road, Eglinton East and Lawrence East corridors.
